Covid-19 Prevention Protocol

In response to what we are living nowadays, we are committed to ensuring the stay of our guests, as well as the security of the Aires do Umia team.

In this sense, we have implemented a set of prevention measures for the Covid-19 virus, in accordance with the regulations established by the official authorities.

How we work: We simplify the check in and check out process by avoiding “guest-receptionist” contact.

Informative and instructive posters in main areas explaining the procedures to follow from the moment of arrival until the access to the room.

Hydroalcolic gel everywhere: In the access to the establishment as well as in the different points of the common areas.

Cleaning and disinfection, especially at times of flow, with antiviral, cleaning products and material approved by the authorities.

Disinfection of suitcases and backpacks, with approved antiviral products.

We also have made changes to the furniture to speed up and improve disinfection tasks.

The breakfast service has also been altered. For this reason, it is necessary to hire it when you arrive at the hotel, and it cannot be self-service.

We organize a schedule that allows us to fully disinfect the self-service room among the guests in each room.

In case of not being able to fit any schedule required by guests, we offer a voucher (with additional discount) to have breakfast in a bakery near the accommodation.

Finally, we want to thank the acceptance of these new protocols and apologize for all the inconveniences that they may cause.
